Gear Talk / Ultralite rack and panniers?
« on: April 29, 2004, 01:35:10 am »
Yes, they can.  Also, their racks have an elongated bottom support so that panniers can be slid back(if need be) for more heel clearance. :)

Have you ever checked out a company by the name of JANDD(www.jandd.com).  They have very interesting panniers and racks.  :)

Yes, life has been good to me.  Some of the best experiences I've had was during my tours.  I've been 3 and a half times across this great country and and the people I've met have all been kind.   :)

I am new to this forum.  I really like the compiled information it has.  I have been cycling for about 40 years now and I don't think I'll ever stop, It's Great! Anyway, I thought I'd just say HOWDY!  :)Text

My rides are a Bridgestone MB-4(Costume Built) and a Fuji Chikara TR-1000 that I have converted to a Hybrid.  I use both of them for touring. :)

General Discussion / Donate used bikes in Denver area
« on: April 29, 2004, 02:11:23 am »
There is a place called Derailer Bicycle Collective.  There address is 1065 Lipan St. in Central Denver.  Phone #303-573-3896.  They help build bikes and fix bikes free of charge.  They also lend bikes.  I have been there and I have seen them give bikes to low-income and needy people.  It looks like a really nice place to me. :)
