General Discussion / Packing for flights

Hi,


The question I have is, what is the best way to pack your gear for flights. I plan to use a cardboard box for my bike,

but for the rest of my stuff, I am not sure of the best way to packing them. Do I put them in a luggage holdall and send

the holdall back after I arrived at destination? Do I use bin bags and wrap them it with duct tape? I am totally clueless

on the common methods.

Connecting ACA Routes / Boston MA connecting to Northern Tier Route

Hi,


I live in the UK and planning on the Northern Tier Ride in mid June. I was just

wondering is there a route which connects from Boston to the Northern Tier Routes.

As well as that, I know cities in USA are huge compared to the UK. How are the traffic

 in Boston. I am just concerned it would be just absolutely confusing to cycle out of

 the city and the suburbs.
