New member in Southern Italy

Hello forum.  I'm an American living in Southern Italy, Brindisi to be exact and I've just recently become interested in biking long distances.  I'm planning to go from Brindisi to Rome next spring following the Via Appia, about 650 kms.  I'll be asking a lot of questions getting ready for my ride.

Also I would be willing to help anyone out that's coming through or around here.  For more info in Italian check out my friend's site for what we have around here. www.intothebike.it  He used a lot of my photos making the site.  There is really a lot of great biking opportunities around here. Someday I hope to actually show people around as guide.
