Supplemental route to North Lakes Maps

I wish to circum-navigate Lake Michigan. The North Lakes route does a credible job for the northern half of the circuit. Has anybody route details for the southern half? More specifically routes which would cover a match-up east and north from Chicago around the Lake.

We did a circumnavigation of Lake Michigan in 1998. We used the book 'Round  Lake Michigan: A Bicyclist's Tour Guide,  http://www.cyclotour.com/prod01.htm#'RoundÂ

Thank you Judy. Subsequent to my posting I found out about the book and purchased it. It seems to cover the routings that I wanted.
