Putting waypoints into Street Atlas

How to get waypoints into Street Atlas? The question came up in another venue, but I thought I would bring it here as well.

The free program G7ToWin converts our OziExplorer format files to Street Atlas files. Set it up as described in the GPS Data User Guide, available at http://www.adventurecycling.org/routes/gps.cfm.
