Savannah, GA getting around by bike

I'm interested in visiting Savannah for a few days in April.  I saw one company that has a several hour guided bike tour, which seems like a great idea to see the sights up close.  (I've done some several day tours).  Any tips or ideas?  I would very much appreciate them.  In advance, thanks! :D
