Title: Boston to Providence
Post by: milestonerides on September 24, 2014, 12:41:38 pm
I'm joining a group of friends on an unsupported bike tour from Boston area to Providence, RI over the Columbus Day holiday weekend. Does anybody have any suggestions where to find the best location or route to see fall foliage?  I'm from Los Angeles and have never experienced anything like this before so I'm excited to go.

Consider the East Coast Greenway (http://www.greenway.org) connecting Boston (http://www.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&sll=41.852174,-71.633606&sspn=0.538056,0.888519&q=http://greenway.org/maps/ECG-MA2.kmz&ie=UTF8) to Providence (http://www.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&sll=41.852174,-71.633606&sspn=0.538056,0.888519&q=http://greenway.org/maps/ECG-RI2.kmz&ie=UTF8) over beautiful rural areas & farms while taking advantage of many trails along the way.

@mdxix The links are great!  Thanks for your input.  I'll talk to my group and see if we are doing this path or any parts of this.
