Joined up to read and view pictures of great trip for inspiration.
But I'm not finding those. Could someone help me with a link to the stories and albums section?

Not sure there is such a section dedicated to such on this forum.
Perhaps the comprehensive source for trip journals is this:

@indyfabz thank you, thought I was missing something.
I know the CGOAB website well and thought there may be more here too.

Adventure Cycling has a ride registry at: https://www.adventurecycling.org/resources/ride-registry/ that includes rides from some personal blogs and sites other than CGOAB. I'm not sure how much effort goes into cataloging or indexing these rides, so it's more appropriate for browsing than searching (IMHO).

Thanks Pat, I'll snoop around there too after work today.

Adventure Cycling DOES have a nice curated site with stories about bike touring. The emphasis is on overnights, not long tours.

I'm with you. The coolest part of a forum setup is the trip reports. I have a hiking site that has great trip reports and you get a lot if information and entertainment from it. I'd like to see this site have a TR section.

I agree with other posters, Crazy Guy on a Bike is probably the best site for posting and reading journals of bike travel, especially long trips. This forum isn't particularly well suited for that kind of posting.
That being said, you are always welcome to post about your journeys on this forum. =)
