Title: getting to southern tier from airport?

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for getting from the San
Diego airport to the southern tier route via bike and at the end of the
route, suggestions on getting to the Jacksonville airport from St
Augustine also by bike?

Exit the airport terminal by west on N. Harbor Dr. At 1.5 miles turn right on Nimitz Blvd.  In two miles you'll run into the San Diego River channel.  Cross the bridge and the Southern Tier is the bike path you'll see running east along the north edge of the channel.  Piece of cake.

From St Augustine take US-1N to US-17 and look for airplanes landing.  Maybe somebody can be more specific for the OP.
