Title: Looking for other riders
Post by: UKTripper on August 19, 2008, 06:51:03 am
I'm planning a long bike trip around California/Southern States later this year and would like to find other riders who might be interested in riding together/part way. Does anyone know of other good organisations/forums to get in touch with other potential riding buddies?

If you are an Adventure Cycling Member, you can post a Companions Wanted ad.

Other than posting an AC companions wanted ad, maybe posting on crazyguyonabike, and maybe the touring forum on Bike Forums...  I would suggest that if you use a popular route like maybe one of the major AC routes you will also be able to meet people along the way.

When is your trip?  Also, what southern states will you be riding through?
