Title: Volunteer in Oklahoma
Post by: John Nettles on May 20, 2009, 02:16:41 pm
I would be happy to assist in route development in my state/region.  I have been touring for 20+ years and have assisted with the development of many state-wide bike routes.

Thanks, John Nettles

John, Thanks for posting on the forums. It will help move us forward in OK and beyond to have as many voices show up here as possible. If we start working with OK on routing, I will let you know. In the meantime, be sure to let the OK DOT know you're a willing volunteer. You can access all the bike ped coordinators from this website: http://www.walkinginfo.org/assistance/contacts.cfm

Just ran across this post and since there is little information regarding Oklahoma, I thought Id reply!

I'm getting back into cycling and find myself in the middle of Oklahoma.  Id love any info or opportunities that arise for touring or helping to grow those opportunities in this state!  PM me
