I am looking for route information from the uptown area in Minneapolis  to duluth .if anyone has a good safe route to connect with the hardwood creek trail . Let me know

I'm looking for touring cyclists near me (Indianapolis) that will take my fine bikes on adventures.  I posted them in the FS: subject line, but especially interested in them being useful so someone in need - especially in this area or up I-74 to Peoria IL or down I-70 to St. Louis.
