That's a long day if you're carrying gear. I think you are talking about a supported trip, with people not carrying their own gear? If that's the case, I would say it's feasible. Between Leadville and Minturn, Tennessee Pass is easy, but there is a 3-5(?) mile hard climb called Battle Mountain near Minturn. Then Vail Pass from that side is one of the harder passes in CO - there are some steeper sections, and it's very long. After you get to Copper, there is a bike path from there to Frisco, then gentle climbing to Breckenridge.
Cutting out Minturn and going straight to Copper over Fremont Pass is a good option if you want to shorten it - that would be an easy day.

This route is two-thirds of a very popular bicycle route called the Copper Triangle. The climb up Tennessee Pass is quite easy. The descent from Tennessee Pass to Minturn is really sweet--gentle slope with sweeping turns. The route up Vail pass is almost all on traffic-free roads and paths, and will be harder than Tennessee Pass. The route down Vail pass is all on bike path (although watch out for some sharp turns).

Thanks! I checked out the Copper Triangle race...wow!
On that day, we will offer both the short direct option and the long option by Vail pass.
