Title: Northern Tier Section 7, map 87 - 2011

We received a report that CR 7 is closed to through traffic, there is nothing on the Minnesota DOT site so it is not clear how long this will be in effect. CR 3 to the east appears to be the best detour.

I just received a recommendation of another way around this closure:

Highly recommend Great River Off Road trail btw Winona and La Crosse. Is dirt but flat/bare. Avoid Hwy 7 mess.
