I just got a kit from a company called Brighter Cycling.  It's a different take on bike lighting where the lights adhere to the frame of the bike.  Very bright, and waterproof.  Check out this pic and you'll get it.

I just got a light kit from brightercycling.com.  It's LED frame lighting that you can configure in lots of different ways, for safety or show.  Totally weatherproof and battery lasts a long time, check it out
