wind resistance tells me that my upright comfort mustbe at least lower or reclining.its basic physics. a low seat crank forward cruiser/chopper or recumbent would suit me.

delta trikes are usually easier to get on/off due to higher seat. i like the anura delta recumbent trike. they do a 4 wheel version too.

ive researched etrikes/recumbents and ebikes for a couple of months. mid drive/ crank drive is the future. hub motors are a quick fix and inefficient, draining the battery quick gives you less mileage .

the most vulnerable part is your chain. it will not be happy with dust grit and muddy water. without fenders ? go shaft drive.
