Hi Guillermo,  Very nice site!  We (my wife and I) recently did a Vegas Tour of the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead and are looking for another more adventurous bike tour for our upcoming trip to Argentina.  We would like to do a shorter bike tour - about a week - in Argentina this year but didn't see any tours posted.  If you have an update, please post.  Thanks much, Gary

a few comments that might be helpful:  Route 25 turns into a full fledged highway that is not bike friendly and 25A has several hundred feet rises/hills and then  precipitously drops (roads can often look a lot different in reality than they do on a map).

Wow---what a fabulous sense of freedom one must have to live on their bike and be rid of all the personal possessions--maybe I'll get there someday...

Agree that the primary danger is traffic or cars.  Important to know your route and traffic patterns on it.
