Hi Tom,
I did this for my Ogre about three-years ago. I used the Spank Spike Race 33 rims, tubeless ready. I went with a 27.5" rim, but to each their own. I used the Sapim Race Double Butted Spokes. I also used a SON 28 hub in the front and a Rohloff in the rear. Last year I rode the Great Divide Ride without a single flat, spoke or rim issue; I'm 200+ pounds, was fully loaded. The rims are still true today.
The rim was advised from a hard core downhill rider in Whitefish, MT. He advised they are bullet proof and I have to say he was spot on.
