Classifieds / wtb:small sized touring bike

for my girlfriend who stands 5'2" and has
PBM of 74 cm....I'm trying to find a good quality slightly used frame so she can go touring with me.

...some models that come to mind:
Surly LHT, Bruce Gordon BLT-X, etc
Something with 26" rim would be ideal.
