General Discussion / biking from Frankfurt airport to Main River bike route

Hello,
My husband and I are going to be bike touring in Barvaria Germany for about one month - and will fly in and out of Frankfurt airport. Does anyone have a recommendation on a hotel near the airport that might be willing to store our bicycle boxes. Also, do you know if there is a bike path from the airport to the Main River? How is the Main River bike route going East from the airport? (i.e. - is it a trail, roads, trafficy, pleasant?)
Any hints/suggestions will be helpful.
