Gear Talk / Wheel advice

I'm building up a Surly LHT frame and am looking for some advice on choosing a wheelset. I'm going to start with a set of Mavic CXP22 that I have, but they are limited to 700x28's. That will be fine for my daily commute, but I'd like to have something that will give me the option to go up to a 32 or so if I want. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
