Gear Talk / packing panniers

I only have a handle bar bag and rear rack and panniers for my two week trip. Will the weight of pretty much everything on the back cause problems?

I am going to be camping in Rocky Mtn Natl Park at the end of the month and I am getting there by bike. Is it ok to trust my bike locked up to the racks there?

So I trying to bike from Longmont, CO to Rocky MT. Natl Park. I was wondering if there was a place to lock up my bike or leave it in the entrance HQ while I backpack in to camp.
