ACA Mobile Route Apps / Downloading issues

Hi there
A few weeks ago I downloaded the ACA app to my Andriod phone. I then purchased, and downloaded the maps for a forthcoming pacific coast ride.
When I look in the downloaded file it shows them as green ticked (presumably meaning downloaded). However when I am not connected to the internet they do not show in the offline routes folder or the downloaded folder.
I have reinstalled the app, twice, and still no joy.
When I now try and download the maps, it gets to approx 10% and gives a timeout Error.
I have 15Mbps download speed.
Any suggestions please
