My Garmin Edge Explore 1000 GPS Factory reconditioned came with the Garmin Edge remote control and Handlebars mount

Does anyone use the about Garmin Edge remote control and Handlebars mount for Bicycle Touring?

What type of microSD card SDHC/SDXC for Garmin Edge Explore 1000 GPS unit

I now have the Garmin Edge Explore 1000 GPS unit for my bike touring trips. and
I was told by GPS Nation Store that the Garmin Edge Explore 1000 GPS unit supports
64gb microSD card. and my question is microSD card SDHC? or microSD card SDXC?
and looking on google is confusing at my age.
