General Discussion / Nova Scotia Tour with Adventure Cycling

Hi all,
My husband & I are considering signing up for this Inn to Inn tour in Sept 2022. Anyone done it either with AC or on your own? Impressions? Recommendations? We are strong, experienced recreational cyclists in our mid-60's. We have done a lot of touring on our own, but would be first time with AC & I understand this will be only the second time they have offered this tour.
