Gear Talk / Priority Bicycle

I am shopping for a new fitness bike. I am a 5'2" female and I am having quite a time finding a bike that fits me. I am interested in the Priority Continuum Onyx, but I am concerned that the reach may be too long. It is a flat bar fitness type bike and it looks amazing. According to their measurements, my inseam is at the very bottom of their smallest frame. I am wondering if anyone out there has one and can give me some advise. Am a little apprehensive to purchase a bike without test riding or at least a fitting....thanks for any info
