Temporary ACA Route Road Closures / Idaho Hot Springs route temporary closure August 2024

The South Fork Salmon River road will be closed for road construction beginning August 5, 2024, and the work will occur for three weeks. Closures will occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no closures over the weekends. Crews will be chip sealing the entire road from the Warm Lake Road junction to the East Fork Road junction.

The closure area will move daily covering the area being worked that day progressing north.  There will be no access to sites along the river within the work area during the closure. Access to the East Fork of the South Fork Salmon River and Yellow Pine will be via Lick Creek Road or Johnson Creek Road during this time.
