Who dares to join me on a cycling tour in China. On the how and what I'm not yet sure, but I'm dying to go to Chine this year and view this great country from the height of my bikes handlebars :-D I'm planning to spend aorund 3 weeks cycling. After seeing China in 2004 I would like to see more of this great country.

My initial idea would be to ride this tour http://www.bikechina.com/t-cdzd.html but other ideas are more then welcome. China is such a vast country that there must be many beautiful spots that I've yet to see.

Who dares to join me for a Cycling holliday in China. Most likely I'll be able to get time off during July and August. As a big fan of China and it's culuture I did see this tour from Bikechina which made the thought of going on a bike much stronger. I'm interested in ideas and people who would like to join me on this endavour of discovering China and seeing this beautiful coutry from handlebar height :-D

Who dares to join me on a 1500KM ride through Sichuan and Yunnan starting on 09May2006 for 22 days. After seeing China in 2004 I would like to see more of this great country and on a bike through these 2 provinces sounds like a blast and an adventure rolled into one

I'm planning to go for a 1500KM ride in May through China. The trip that I'm most interested in is a organized tour but still with a small to very small group 2-8 people. The tour will be going through Sicuan and Yunnan and starts an Chengdu and ends in Kumming 22 days later.

Why China and this province you might ask ? I've been to China in 2004 and visited the big cities on the east coast Shanghai, Xi'an and Beijing and some smaller places in between. I would love to see more of those smaller towns and the 'real' China which is what I saw in the smaller towns on the previous town.
