Local Department of Transportation as well as The National Weather Service would be a good resources for your planning need. Adventure Cycling Association can be a wealth of information also and in particular has a link to google maps with public alerts.

Colorado / Release Celebration
« on: March 16, 2014, 06:23:12 pm »
I was surprised & pleased to receive a e-mail notification & invitation to come to a special presentation by Michael McCoy at Denver/Boulder REI on March 25th, 26th respectively to celebrate the release of the 2nd edition of Cycling The Great Divide: and also a screening of a new video of the Great Divide. There was a heads up regarding McCoy's book tour in the [OCT/NOV] Adventure Cyclist. In that article revelations included he would be unveiling Idaho Hot Springs Mountain Bike Route whilst on tour. Should be fun. Hope to see you there.
