Routes / Bike Route from Burlington to Brattleboro VT?

Hello cycling community!
I am planning a bike trip from Montreal to Brattleboro, and looking for route suggestions for the Burlington-Brattleboro section. I would like to do that lag in 4-5 days, camping along the way. Any route suggestions? key areas/state parks I should hit along the way? Also, would folks generally recommend route 100 over 116?
