Most of the time - I do take my favorite tagine pots from the home, even if it's way bigger than it should be in the common trip. I do like to take these tagine pots from Berlinger Haus, because they produce maybe kitchenware, which requires a minimum time for the cleaning, in my humble opinion. I have a lot of other kitchenware, to compare with.

I typically experience a 1 pound loss per every 100 miles, fully loaded, self-contained, solo.

Almost the same weight loss speed, that I have. And it seems that speed of weight loss also depends on the meal, which you consume and how much protein/fat does it have.

As I know, all those rules and restrictions are specific for each separate airline company. Anyway, I think that every passenger should be aware about all those rules while purchasing air flight tickets online. And talking of which, what services do you prefer to use for buying tickets? I like to visit this website ( airbusinessclass.com ), because it has the cheapest flight tickets, in comparison with all other services.
