Routes / Re: Info Required for First Time Southern Tier

October is the greatest month along the Gulf Coast....Texas, Louisanna,Mississippi,Alabama and panhandle of Fl.

I live in Mobile Alabama....but have lived along I10 for 40 years....Sept is still very hot and humid especially the first two weeks....

If it is possible i would consider a depart in Mid Sept.....although the GC is in the peak of Hurricane season...it is really nice weather wise.

Never mind....after a really close review of a handful of wps i have discovered that if a waypoint is "on top" of another road i.e a bridge or overpass...the software didnt allways get it where it was intended....i.e itwas supposed to be on the "bottom" road....it recalulate a new route..

Sorry to all who have seen this same post in different areas....just becoming familiar and each time I think that the last post is in a more appropriate area.

I overlaid sections the UGRR (T02150)and GR (D02280) and one of intersections confuses me.

Is there a reason that the two routes  don’t share the same roads between WP T020Z0/D02850 and T020T0/D028C0?

I tried to upload a small jpg of the map, but got booted....

I am planning a Mobile Al to Springfield Mo(or St. Louis) in May 2011.  I overlaid sections the UGRR (T02150)and GR (D02280) and one of intersections confuses me.

Is there a reason that the two routes  don’t share the same roads between WP T020Z0/D02850 and T020T0/D028C0?
