Building Sale Discussion Area / I am voting to sell

30+ year life member here from Boulder County, CO.

Here is why I am voting to sell.

1. I don't share the mistrust of the current board that many posters have.
2. There is a plan, in spite of many who say there is not. It's been sent to us. To me it seems at least as specific as the plan offered by Save ACA.
3. There is little reason to OWN a building, and good reasons not to - ongoing costs, mainly.

Ask yourself: If ACA were currently leasing instead of owning, and had a chance to buy the building for $2.5 million, would you support that?

Classifieds / FS: Avid BB7 road disks

Avid BB7 road disk brakes, front and rear. 160 mm rotors. Complete with all parts originally included: calipers (2), 160mm rotors (2), rotor bolts (12), arches (4), various other mounting bolts, inline cable adjusters (2), instructions, plus one extra pair new pads included. Brakes were used on my Vaya about 7K miles and are in very good condition. $50 + shipping.
 
I can add a pair of Tektro RL520 levers to this deal for $10.

Looking for a place to leave our SUV during the last week in August 2013, while we tour in Wisconsin. City streets have a 24-hour limit.

I love Paselas by Panaracer at about 55 psi. I've used the 35's for about 6 years now, and now trying out the 37's. For some reason the 37's are harder to get (Harris Cyclery carries them) and not discounted as often. They may be a little more supple than 35's, not much though, but I will say the lost 2mm of fender clearance is noticeable in more little pebbles dragging in my fenders.

Thinking of trying the BG Rock & Roads for an unpaved tour; I would have to remove fenders but that is feasible in CO/WY.

I imagine you got your racks by now, but you'll probably need the Salsa front racks to fit with the disc brakes. Me and 2 of my buddies have them on Fargo and Vaya and they're really nice.
