Trans America -- single rider -- camping - self contained as much as possible -- how to carry my luggage ?

How was your trip West to East
I am a Cancer survivor and plan to do this -- I need any advice I can get -- planning camping and pulling a single-wheel cargo trailer -- your advise and guidance is appreciated

I am planning to do this in 2025
I am looking for any advice available --- my idea is pulling a single wheel cargo trailer -- mainly camp --- aiming 60 miles per day -- my dream is in its infancy --
