Did you find one actually? If the answer is no, try contacting saris customer service and see if they can help you with that.
In my humble opinion they have the biggest choice of bicycle equipment in our country. The quality is always decent and delivery normally doesn't take long. Please let us know if you find it and how are your impressions about their service.

General Discussion / Re: Must have spare parts/tools
« on: October 13, 2023, 03:56:45 pm »
Not sure if this thread is about repairing a bike during a tour or just fixing flats.

- my RoadMorgG pump, which I carry in my frame bag,  has gotten lots of guys going that only had CO2 cartridges
- I don't carry CO2 cartridges any longer ... see above
- Start your tour with tires with a reputation of being puncture resistant.  yeah obvious I think
- I never patch a tube on the side of a trail.  I replace with my spare and patch the bad tube that evening.
- I don't carry tools that don't fit a fastener on my bike.  totally unnecessary.  why a multi tool when you can bring specific tools.  You dont need that many
- If you think your going to need to replace something on the trip.  Why wait.   Replace well before you leave: chain, cassette, chain rings, pads, cables, tubes, tires ....
- extra tires?   I only carry an extra tube.   but I do carry patch kits and know how to use them.
- I am shy of tubeless on a touring bike.  Sealant hassles are not fun ... ever.
- I like touring rims that are NOT tubeless ready.   so much easier to break the bead.  I like easy
- an extra derailleur hanger maybe ... light, cheap, small ... why not
- I don't bother but you could blue loctite all your fasteners .. racks esp

I think experience reflects how you approach bike repair.  My goal is to leave for a tour with my bike as bullet proof as possible.   Then, have modest means for fixing what breaks when the adventure begins.
I'm glad you liked the list! Ordering the missing items sounds like a good plan. Enve customer service might indeed be the way to go for a hassle-free experience. Visiting India in January and February offers pleasant weather, making it a great time to explore the country's diverse landscapes, rich culture, and history. However, when it comes to traveling by bike, there are a few important things to keep in mind. India is known for its vibrant cities, bustling streets, and a wide array of incredible attractions. But for a more peaceful and enjoyable biking experience, it's advisable to stay away from the major metropolitan areas and congested highways. The traffic in big cities can be chaotic, and the roads can be challenging to navigate, especially for those not accustomed to the local conditions. Instead, consider exploring the serene countryside, picturesque villages, and scenic routes that India has to offer. You'll have a chance to soak in the natural beauty and local culture without the stress of city traffic.
If you have a desire to explore the royal charm of rajasthan, the largest state in India known for its rich heritage and palatial architecture, a travel agent can be a valuable resource. They can help you plan a more luxurious and organized visit, ensuring you make the most of your trip.

General Discussion / Re: Neck injury/pain issue

Visiting a doctor would be the best course of action. Creams and other local remedies can certainly be found on Canadian Pharmacy, or at the very least, you can access detailed information about them. It's essential to take your health seriously and recognize that people's experiences with the same health issues can vary significantly. Seeking advice on a forum might not always be in your best interest. Consulting with a healthcare professional is typically the safest and most effective approach.

Read about kin insurance and see if you want to reach kin insurance customer support https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/kin-insurance/customer-service.html. I think they have different insurance policy packages , depending on people's preferences . Make sure that you read your contract very carefully before signing it and ask them questions if your don't understand something or don't agree with the certain point.

These days we have a huge choice of gluten free products.
If you don't eat bread at all, it is important to do an extended blood test at least once a year and see if you need to take some extra vitamins or/and supplements. All the information about those can be found online on canada drugs website, which is very easy and convenient.

Peru is truly an amazing country. If you get the chance, I highly recommend doing the Inca Trail – it's an experience like no other.
Trekking along the Inca Trail allows you to immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscapes of the Andes and discover the ancient ruins along the way. It's a journey that not only offers physical challenges but also a deep connection to the rich history and culture of the Incas. Don't miss out on this incredible adventure!

Loving the riding vibes in central Texas, where you're all about that early morning summer breeze. But now you're curious about other areas in the good ol' USA that are a total paradise for riders, right? Well, buckle up 'cause there's a bunch of places that tick all the boxes! You've got the scenic rural charm, a comfy temperate climate, and a mix of surfaces that'll keep your rides interesting – trails, gravel, and smooth pavement, oh my! Plus, you're not just talking about the hardcore stuff – you're all about the recreational rider's dream, or those light multi-day adventures. So, if you're on the hunt for your next two-wheeled haven, you might want to check out these quietkat reviews. It's always smart to get some insights before you dive in.

Chicken Cashew Stir Fry:

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cashew nuts
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour)
1/4 cup water
Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to make the stir-fry sauce. Set it aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a carbon steel wok pan or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cashew nuts and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until they are lightly toasted. Remove the cashews from the wok and set them aside.
In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until it's cooked through and no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the wok and set it aside with the cashew nuts.
Add the minced garlic to the wok and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the broccoli, red bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the cooked chicken and cashew nuts to the wok with the vegetables.
Pour the prepared stir-fry sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Toss everything together, ensuring the sauce coats all the ingredients evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve the Chicken Cashew Stir Fry over cooked rice or noodles.
Enjoy your homemade Chicken Cashew Stir Fry! It's a delightful combination of tender chicken, crunchy cashews, and colorful vegetables with a savory Asian-inspired sauce. Feel free to customize the vegetables or add some heat with chili flakes if you prefer spicier flavors. Happy cooking!

Don't take too much things with you, only the necessary ones.
Make yourself a small travel pharmacy with all the basic meds which every cyclists might need here and there.
I mostly order mine from canadian pharmacy, as they offer a free delivery and much better prices than i my local place.
