General Discussion / where do we sleep on the TransAm

hey guys, i am going to be riding the TransAm starting this May. there are 4 riders and two drivers. the biggest question we all have is where we will sleep. i am also purchasing the maps for this rout. please any tips or hints would be amazing! thank you all for your wisdom!

Trans Am summer 2010. help and advice

hey guys! I will be leading a team of close friends and fellow adventurers on the Trans Am. we have roughly 2 months to do this trip. we will be starting on the west coast. what I would like is any advice you can give.  I have never done this sort of ride before so please fill me in on what to expect. there are 3 riders and two who will drive either behind or ahead of us as our support vehicle. thank you all so much!

I am doing a long tour this coming summer. i will be following the TA. im looking in to getting a new saddle and have no idea what would be best for long rides. any help would b great! thank you guys!!

thank you all for the input!! these are all things i have been thinking about and we are looking at different routs that may help shorten the miles but we all agree that the fist leg of the AT would be amazing! traveling through the Rockies is a beautiful ride indeed. we may just have to extend our time or shorten the over all trip. anyway thank you all again!!

I am planning a trip across the US coming up this May. We will be following the TransAmerica rout and are planning a few stops along the way and have about a month and a half set aside for this trip. I would love any advice on training, gear, what to expect or anything you would be willing to help me out with!! Any advice from you more experienced riders would be amazing! Thanks guys!
