Great Lakes / 2015 Greene Trails Cycling Classic (GTCC)

Xenia, Ohio---Both local and visiting cyclists are invited to join the 2015 Greene Trails Cycling Classic (GTCC) presented by Greene County Parks & Trails for either one-, two-, three-, or four-days of cycling adventure showcasing the region’s 62 miles of paved, multi-use trails that is an integral part of the nation’s largest network of paved, off-street trails. The event will feature a Mid-WESTERN theme this year as Greene County Parks & Trails celebrates its “Happy Trails.”

Greene Trails Cycling Classic will be held July 16 to 19 and is based at GCP&T’s Fairgrounds Recreation Center, Xenia. Come join Greene County Parks & Trails for the 10th anniversary celebration of the Greene Trails Cycling Classic. This family-friendly event is scheduled to be held July 17-21, 2013. With 5 days of different trails including 3 different century rides (62-110 miles) on Friday, food, entertainment and more, there is sure to be something for everyone. Register now for the Greene Trails Cycling Classic!  This family-oriented bicycling event will be held on July 14 – 17, 2011.  If you can’t make it for all four days, join us for the ones you can make. 

All rides will begin and end at the event campgrounds at the Fairground Recreation Center in Xenia, Ohio.  This offers the cyclists the opportunity to ride as many miles as they prefer and at their own pace.  So come out and enjoy the nationally recognized and award-winning trails as well as off-trail routes for the more adventurous.   The cost varies from $15.00 - $140.00 and depends on age and number of days participating.   Visit the website at or call Robin at (937)562-7446 for additional details.
