Is there a setting to receive an email alert when someone has replied to my post or any posts I'm interested in tracking? If so, how?

Yes. Look in your profile page for a tab, "Notifications," where you can set the option. You can also get notices for individual topics..

kirk89 above is a spammer.  He starts out on other forums with posts like that and "Glad to meet you.  I'm new here too," and then goes on to advertise cruises.  Kick him out.
