Winchester, VA to Cincinnati, OH

I'd like to plan a route from Winchester, VA to Cincinnati, OH. I know I can use the C&O and GAP to get to Pittsburgh but after that...? Any help suggesting routes from Pittsburgh to Cincinnati would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
