Take your bike with you.  Contact the proper agency of each country to see what their giidelines are for shipping a bike there.  Most likely, you have to be able to honestly state that it hasn't been on a farm since last thoroughly cleaned.  A good cleaning should be standard before packing your wheels regardless.
