How to get ACA route on an Android phone GPS

Sorry if this is repetitious, but I have searched and cannot find a clear answer.  I am looking for a GPS app for my Android phone which has the Atlantic Coast route easily available to it.  Specifically, I want to be able to not only navigate, but also find the answer to questions such as "Where is the next restaurant or hotel on the route?"

There's an app by Trimble Outdoors called MyTopo Maps that allows you to upload .gpx files to their cloud and then access them via the app.  I have the Pro version of the app on my kindle fire and I'm working on uploading the Southern Tier right now, and making it public.  If anyone else knows of something similar to this that has already been done, let me know.  MyTopo Maps was the only gps app i could find for a kindle (which runs android).

I use EveryTrail to follow and record trips on the iPhone, and it seems that they have an Android version as well.

I can create complete guide of the trip, follow the route, snap pictures & video along the way, and record notes, all GPS tagged.
