There is construction on the Yaquina Bay bridge in the south part of Newport.  There are signs that direct you to use the sidewalk and walk your bike on the east side of the bridge (northbound direction).  This bridge has no shoulders, has narrow lanes and when it is foggy it is rather dangerous to ride in traffic.
