450 vs 450T

What are the pros and cons of the Oregon 450 vs 450T for using ACA's provided GPS data?  The 450T is currently on sale at REI and is actually cheaper than the 450.  Can't figure out why?

That looks strange to me, too. The only difference is the topo map preloaded into the 450t.

Both units would be fine for navigating ACA's routes, assuming you also buy the City Navigator road map, which comes with software to transfer maps, waypoints, routes, and tracks between the computer and the GPSR. Be sure to buy the map on DVD, not on the Micro-SD cards. Then you can use the computer to plan and document trips with the same map that's in the Oregon. Blank Micro-SD cards are cheap. Fill them from the computer and use them in the Oregon.
