Best route to Cape Cod from Atlantic Coastal route?

I'm planning on traveling north on Atlantic coastal route this summer and ending on Cape Cod (Orleans).  I'm not familiar with Massachusetts.  Any MA cyclists with route suggestions?

Check out the Rubels bike maps for Mass.   The Claire Saltonstall route & the Outriders.org sites
The Outriders route is well marked on the road, I used it once.
