May/June 2014 - 2,800 mile loop: Vancouver -> SF and back

Hi everyone,

First time posting, forgive me if this is somehow bad form, but I'm planning a 2,800 mile loop in May and June (2014) and am seeking advice, riding companions, and possibly a donation or two for a great, great cause (and tips for getting this cause visibility). A friend and I will head south down the coast from Vancouver to San Francisco. His trip ends there and I'm prepared to continue solo back up to Vancouver via the Sierra Cascades route but would also love some company from experienced cyclists for any or all of that stretch.
