It is Cannondale's Jumbo sized (XXL) frame. Is royal blue with silver lettering. Just says "Touring" on the top tube and has a graphic of the earths continents in a slightly darker shade of blue. Looks very nice. Has one speck of a chip in the paint om top tube that's smaller than the inside of this O.  I am 6'3" and can ride it (did RAGBRAI on it this year) but I am just a little too stretched even with zero offset seat post and a short stem.  Serial number on the bottom of the frame is P020787.  Happy to forward pics if interested.
I am in Lexington, Kentucky but will be traveling through Nashville to Huntsville, Al this weekend if that is helpful in any way to anyone.

This is the frame and color. Mine has different part specs than this one.
