We just received information about a rock slide on SR 1 in Big Sur, south of Andrew Molera State Park. The highway has been closed, we do not know for how long.

CLOSED FROM 7 MI NORTH OF THE SAN LUIS OBISPO/MONTEREY CO LINE TO 
4.5 MI SOUTH OF BIG SUR (MONTEREY CO) - DUE TO ROCK SLIDES - MOTORISTS ARE 
ADVISED TO USE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE
