Dad and Kids - 4 to 5 day Loop Western US

I'm hoping for some great ideas from the ACA crew. I have 3 kids (ages 15, 13, and 11) and have a narrow time window this summer to take them on an easy introductory tour. The Idaho ACA Family Fun Tour would have been perfect but I can't make the time work (my oldest's summer football schedule). I was looking for other suggestions for a loop with that same general mileage and trail quality with being a bit longer being okay. We have done a lot of camping and adventuring so I am fine without guides and the need for catering as long as there is a credit card touring option or camping with services nearby. Pretty sure a hotel pool at the end of a couple of the days would make my kids very happy.

This is my attempt at getting them to appreciate the value in seeing this country from the seat of a bicycle and I'm hoping for a short and very sweet experience for them. My window of available time is July 24 to August 1 so pretty much anywhere in the Inter-Mountain West  with enough altitude to moderate the temps would work.

So if the Idaho Family Fun tour is perfect in all ways except the dates, then why don't you do the same route on your own and on your dates?
