My first post, not sure if I'm on the right page. I'm "doing" the GD this year, cherry picking the roads and trails to ride and the days to do so. I'm supported by my wife driving a Jeep Wrangler, starting out south of Platoro, CO in late April going south. My name will, therefore, never be on Adventure Cycling list as having pedaled the GD, but at age 80, this will be a great adventure.
