Highway 41 is closed at the Tennessee river in Tn.

The detour runs on the interstate where bicycles are not allowed. Go through south Pittsburg and get back on highway 41 . I used countyroad 156 and was attacked by 5 dogs. https://www.flickr.com/photos/78934859@N04/13923537295/ I will deal with TDOT and the idiout local governments.

I don't think this is on any of the Adventure Cycling routes. Please correct me if I'm wrong. In that case, I'd like to get it on the appropriate addenda.
